Why bother?
I see this a lot on my start page here:
Someone recommended SomeoneElse‘s weblog entry: [protected with Friends Lock]
Seriously. How do I know whether or not I want to be that person’s friend in order to read the recommended entry if I can’t read that person’s blog to see if they are even the kind of person I would want as a friend?
Maybe Xanga should block recs on protected sites. I think I’ll go make that suggestion now.
